What is the return process if your toy is defective or you are unsatisfied?
You received our products in hand but you don’t like the product/it is defective? DO NOT worry we are here for you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product via email ([email protected]) or by calling our customer support number 01313092994. Please include your order number and your contact number. Our delivery man will come and collect it from you and we will process the refund after product inspection at office, however for credit card/bkash payment appropriate processing time will be required.
Outside Dhaka returns: After emailing us/calling us within 48 hours of receiving the products, you will need to be return the product to us via SA Paribahan back to Toychai.com office (address: Level 1, House 1256, Road 9, Mirpur DOHS). After product inspection is completed, full refund including return shipment cost will be sent to you via bkash or bank account. Appropriate processing time will be required.
Please note that for the product return to be accepted, the product cannot be broken or tampered with, there cannot be any missing parts, the used product will not be accepted, the product should be returned in the same condition it was received including original packaging for FULL REFUND to be processed.
